Death Valley is the lowest, hottest, and driest area in the United States. Read more and plan your visit.

Note: Per the National Park Service, “GPS Navigation to sites to remote locations like Death Valley are notoriously unreliable. Numerous travelers have been directed to the wrong location or even dead-end or closed roads. Travelers should always carry up-to-date road maps to check the accuracy of GPS directions.”

Visitor fees are $25 per vehicle, and campsites cost $16 to $36. Furnace Creek Campground sites without electricity are $16 in summer and $22 in winter.
